Overall, 142 two-year-olds in 2011 were identified of which 53 were stakes winners and 30 others were stakes placed. Nine were entered in the 2012 Kentucky Derby including the winner, I'll Have Another. Five BC race winners in 2011 had been previously identified by the system.
